Cynet Systems is Hiring a Facilities Project Manager Near Wilmington, MA
Pay Range $80.04hr - $85.04hr
Responsibilities:
- Manage several facilities expansion & modification projects.
- Coordinate and manage site’s GCs.
- Ensure builds/modifications meet business’ needs.
- Manage budget & cost engineering.
- Manage day to day execution of facilities related tasks.
- Ensure PMs are performed and documented on schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure facility readiness, coordinate break/fix activities.
- Verify effectiveness of PM process.
- Coordinate with facilities staff to address employee facility requests and concern reports.
- Work with various programs to manage manufacturing and office space requirements.
- Team with programs to understand program needs & timeline.
- Create facility modification/turnover schedules based on manufacturing program transitions.
- Team with other facilities team members to ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance to internal and external regulations.
- Manage facilities budgeting for supplies and vendor activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Must have good coordination skills.
- Management experience and experience working with Vendors.
- Good computer skills-MS Office; Outlook; Word; Excel.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Need to be very detail oriented.
- General Contracting or HVAC knowledge or facilities management experience in a manufacturing setting desired.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Enjoys teamwork and a strong work ethic.
