Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain a clean and consistent Akamai environment, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Akamai applications and solutions that align with business needs.
Deploy and manage Akamai delivery configurations, including creation, design, maintenance, and activation.
Respond to issues that may arise with the health, performance, and availability of Akamai applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Akamai applications and components, ensuring minimal impact on end users.
Provide technical guidance and support to end users, assisting with Akamai-CDN related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Akamai technologies, evaluating their potential impact and recommending improvements.
Analysis of existing Edge Redirector cloudlet policies and Property Manager configurations that reference them to implement new redirect rules or make changes to existing ones.
Ability to debug a problem, find the root cause, and then implement a consistent and quality solution via Property Manager behaviors.
