MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 

Strong pharmaceutical marketing operations experience Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal departments and external partners to innovative and compliant programs Self-motivated and able to lead and manage a team that coordinates across functions Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members Ability to effectively develop and build new functional and operational processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail orientated Strong management and project management skills Proven ability to troubleshoot problems/issues and respond accordingly Sound judgment and independent decision maker Role model for compliant behavior and excellent business acumen Ability to negotiate with and manage vendors to deliver quality work on time and on budget

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

BA or BS degree preferably in Business or 5-7 years experience in a Commercial Operations function in the Biotech/Pharma industry

The anticipated annual salary range for candidates who will work in Newark, California is $185K-200K. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. CymaBay is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
