Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Operations to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure daily execution of all internal processes, across our business operations, to include contracts management, program management, human resources, infrastructure, and security
- Oversee accounting functions to include budgeting, proposal pricing, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure effective resource management and meet all financial reporting requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for government deliverables/service delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agency Contracting Officers as well as our Prime and Subcontracting partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations and program supervisory staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities

Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience related to the DOD or other Federal Contracting environment with strong program management experience. Knowledge of basic contracting principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Business Administration or related field; MS or MBA preferred. Familiarity with GAAP and/or DCAA/DCMA.
- Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical excellence, integrity, and a self-starter with an abundance of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, strong Excel skill set is highly desired.

Required
As a federal contract, the qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a Public Trust clearance equivalent, or higher.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as relevant contract-specific affordability and corporate organizational requirements.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
