The Facility Security / Compliance Officer (FSO) will maintain the Company’s physical security and perform administrative duties which include manage training requirements and other duties as needed.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintaining of employee personnel security clearance and visit requests matters in DISS and NBIS.
• Assist with the maintaining of company security files in NISS / ISFD / DSCA
• Interface with the assigned regional DSCA Representatives for inspections and other related issues
• Maintain DSCA compliant Insider Threat Program
• Maintain Company profile and submit required reports in NISS
• Administer personnel security indoctrinations and debriefs
• Manage and report on company-wide security education and training
• Prepare, track and monitor classified contracts DD-254s
• Some travel will be required
• Attend periodic FSO Security conferences/training sponsored by outside organizations

Clearance:

• Top Secret

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of NISPOM rule and application as a DoD contractor
• DCSA annual inspection lead POC
• SCIF management and security operations
• Employee onboarding/off boarding: security briefings, clearance processing and credentialing: NISS, DISS, NBIS, SIPR, NCMI, FlankSpeed, Nautilus
• Hosting classified briefings
• Facility accreditation and management for Closed Access Areas and classified data storage.
• Flexible and able to work well with other departments and teams
• Can problem solve with contracts PMs to seek equitable and balanced outcome for security rule application
• 3 or more years’ experience with DoD Facility Security
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
• Military Experience desired
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Intermediate experience level with Microsoft Office products
