As a retail brand ambassador, you'll be the face of innovative eBike products. CycleScene is on mission to get people riding radical electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service and proactively engage with mall shoppers, creating an inviting and informative atmosphere. As one of our brand ambassadors, you'll be on the frontlines helping people have fun by riding ebikes. You'll get to learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, make thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and carry on meaningful relationships with riders in your community.
The pace is fast, the customers are curious, and having an all-for-one, customer-centric team mentality is huge. We value hospitality skills first, and we'd rather hire someone who's eager to learn than someone who thinks they know it all. If you're already an ebike expert, that's awesome. If not, we'll train you. The key is that you know how to treat customers, evaluate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
What You'll Do: 
· In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service and proactively engage with mall shoppers, creating an inviting and informative atmosphere
· Demonstrate eBike features and benefits, effectively communicating product value to customers

· Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

· Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping environment

· Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

· Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

· Stay informed about product details, eBike technology, and industry trends

The salary for this role is $18.00/hour; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Plus, you get access to our Employee Purchase Program on ebikes, parts, & accessories.

Flexibility around scheduling to include weekends and holidays is required.
