We are seeking a friendly, sales focused, and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate (CBX) to join our team. As a Front Desk Sales Associate (CBX)t, you will be the first point of contact for our riders, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about memberships, packs, and first rider bookings
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Location: Boca Raton location or Davie Location
