The Spin District is Hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate Near Boca Raton, FL
Our front desk sales associates are responsible for meeting sales goals, conducting outside leads, and engaging the member community. They must generate new leads while continuing to implement processes and ongoing campaigns to engage with current leads and to win back old leads.
At The Spin District, front desk sales associates help make an amazing experience for current and potential Members, so we are looking for candidates who are outgoing, friendly and have excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate for this postition should have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Also, preferably someone who lives in Boca Raton year round. Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus, but not required as we provide training for all new hires.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Calling/ texting/ emailing leads.
- Must be comfortable talking to people, multitasking, and computer competent.
-Managed incoming calls and answered the enquires made.
-Learned, referenced, and applied product knowledge information.
- Manage member check-in waitlist, and other class procedures.
-Use client management software to organize and document production efforts.
- Must be able to clean, bend down, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
