Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required. Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues is required. SCCM experience highly desired.
Complete Description:
Client currently has a very large inventory of replacement devices that need to be deployed. The team doing deployments is not able to keep up with the rate of deployment, so they are seeking a desktop support technician who can help unpack, stage, configure and deploy replacement devices from inventory. They also have to order over 700 more devices, so this additional resource will ensure they can catch up with the backlog and be in a position to receive newly ordered devices in the coming months.
Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required. Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues is required. Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) if preferred but not required.
