Role-Project Manager

Location : HYBRID in Richmond, VA (3 days onsite a week)

Interview: VIRTUAL (No flexibility on this)

Length: 12-month contract with rolling extensions.

Project Manager

• The Project Manager closes on 4/3 at 11a and I MUST submit an active PMP certification for any candidate who wants to be considered. Also requires local address verification!

Responsibilities:

• This individual in this position works in DMAS Project Management Office as a Project Manager. The position will be responsible for providing project management support, specifically agile, for the TPL case management system and/or multiple PMO initiatives.
• Manage Full Project Lifecycle – Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
• Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
• Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
• Create presentations, dashboards, workflows, and user stories as needed.
• Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
• Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
• Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.

Requirements:

• Active PMP Cert.
• Advanced knowledge of using PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in using MS Project.
• Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
