CyberCoders is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager - Flooring Near New York, NY

Territory Sales Manager - Flooring

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager - Flooring to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, keeping up to date with industry trends, and achieving sales goals within the established territory. We're looking for a successful candidate with a track record of achieving sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative.

(Comp is 65-95k base commission, OTE is 130k depending on performance)

This role does not offer benefits at this time - this is in the works!

Position Overview:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Manage customer accounts and increase sales in the territory.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up.
  • Keep up to date with flooring trends in the industry.
  • Use sales and marketing skills to successfully represent products in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and evaluate price points for products.
  • Identify and convert potential sales opportunities.
  • Create and deliver presentations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company.
  • Stay up to date with trends in flooring products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in flooring sales, territory sales, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
