Special Projects Manager

Position Overview: The Project Executive/Division Leader is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and budgeting to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. The Director will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure completion of construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, designing, and construction of multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality control.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress and review all documents, drawings, and plans to ensure compliance with building codes and other regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Evaluate project budgets and provide guidance to project teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, evaluate safety risks, and inspect work quality.
• Provide regular project updates to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Must have existing relationships in the South Florida market. Must be able to bring substantial books of business/ accounts and be responsible for obtaining the work and overseeing the projects.
• 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with specialization in Reconstruction, Multifamily, Ground Up, and Commercial Renovations and Construction.
• Experience as a project executive or director of construction.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once.
