Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Upper Chichester, PA (On-Site Position)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE bonus eligibility, extensive benefits, PTO, and much more
Requirements: Associate's degree in a relevant field and 3 years in pre-construction or estimating in a construction field

What You Will Be Doing
- Review architectural drawings & design submittal project plans, specifications and related documents to gain a thorough understanding of the projects scope of work
- Perform detailed material quantity takeoffs to further produce an accurate estimate of the curtain wall system
- Prepare comprehensive materials reports to be used by project teams and management
- Tracking and documentation of changes to plans and the general scope of work
- Act as a liaison between engineering along with other departments
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the design and execution of the curtain wall system is correct
What You Need for this Position
- Associate's degree in Construction Management, Estimation, or relevant field
- 3 years of relevant experience in pre-construction or estimating within construction
- History reading blueprints
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Estimation, or relevant field
- Proficiency with Excel
- AutoCAD
