Seeking a Mechanical & Process Estimator to join the team to calculate costs and gains of construction projects. This role will collect and analyze data according to a series of useful variables.

What You Will Be Doing

Select metrics to produce valid estimates including productivity and materials

Analyze data and produce forecasts

Perform Risk Analysis

Prepare detailed reports / bids submissions

Select deals by evaluating offers and quotes

Key vendors and subcontractors agreements

Visit project sites, warehouses and other venues gathering essential information

What You Need for this Position

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related field experience

Timberline estimating software or similar estimating development software.

Proven success in estimating or managing mechanical and / or process type projects

Enjoy working with numbers

Detail Oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
