We're an leading fire sprinkler & alarm service contractor with an office in Conshohocken, PA and currently, we're looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician and / or Inspector that is near this region.
In this role, you'll service the Philadelphia, PA territory and come into the office for equipment and weekly meetings.
Most of the time, you will launch from home and go straight to job sites.
What You Will Be Doing
- Service, replace, and install fire sprinkler systems
- Program and repair fire sprinkler systems to NFPA standards
- Inspect fire sprinkler systems
- Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
- Identify systems that are not in code compliance and repair them as needed
- Travel to job sites, as per schedule
- Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
- Launch from home and go to job sites
- Come into the office to pick up equipment
- Come into the office once / per week to meet with Service Manager
What You Need for this Position
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of Fire Sprinkler service, repair, inspection and troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- NFPA Code Knowledge
- OSHA 10 / 30 Certification
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to work on-call, as needed
- Active NICET Certification or Backflow Certification is a PLUS
- Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
