Job Title : Estimator

Job Location : San Francisco, CA

Salary : $185K-$215K (DOE)

Requirements : 5 years of experience

We are a premier, award winning SF based GC with a proven track record in commercial construction (Labs, Offices, TI, and Interior Finishes).

We have been around for over 25 years and have an incredible partnership with Stanford, amongst other institutions in SF and currently ranked in California's top GC's.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
• Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as

required.

• Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
• Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost / budget information to the

customer / owner.

Lead estimate / preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and

the project team.

What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of estimating experience (preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates from schematic level project documentation)
• Commercial TI, Labs, renovation construction experience
• Proficiency at basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software

On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam or Similar) and scheduling software (MS Project or

similar)
