Corporate Attorney

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented corporate attorney to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in corporate law and litigation, with a focus on contract drafting, review, and negotiations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on corporate formation, governance, compliance, transactions, and other legal matters
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts
• Conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
• Managing corporate filings and compliance procedures
• Researching relevant laws and regulations to provide clients with appropriate legal advice and counsel

Experience needed:

• Corporate law experience
• Federal government contract experience
• General civil litigation experience
