We have four Florida office locations in Tampa, North Venice, Fort Myers, and Lake Wales with multiple satellite project field offices, and eight state-of-the-art hot mix asphalt (HMA) plants producing over one million tons of HMA annually.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Foreman - DOT/Asphalt to join our team of professionals in overseeing the construction of highways and roadways. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in asphalt and concrete paving on DOT projects along with previous leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers, ensuring they are meeting their daily requirements.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Provide guidance and training to workers when needed.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure construction deadlines are met
• Maintain records of the construction progress.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in asphalt and concrete paving.
• 5 years of experience with DOT/FDOT Projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
