You will be responsible for for producing quality conceptual estimates, hard bid estimates, and progress estimates. Candidates will analyze blueprints and specs to generate detailed scope of works and convert into estimates.
Reporting to the Senior Estimator, experience in adaptive re-use, high end homes and hospitality are idea
Requirements :
- 4 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree : Construction Management
- Microsoft software
