Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location : DFW, TX

Hours : Full-Time

Base Salary Range : $70,000 to $80,000 / year

Position Overview : The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for providing service and repair for a variety of commercial HVAC equipment.

This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, plans, and customer service manuals.
• Work with control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Travel to customer sites to provide service and installation.
• Document installed equipment.
• Generate customer invoices.
• Ensure all deadlines and standards are met.
• Work under pressure to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain computer proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Participate in company and industry training.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years / experience working as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with customers quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, plans, and customer service manuals.
• Working knowledge of control systems for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to participate in company and industry training.
