Job Salary : $135K - 160K Base Commission - On Target Yearly Earnings $190-260K

Requirements : We are looking for a motivated and passionate Business Development Specialist with 3 years of experience in the Oil Refining or chemical industry.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will provide expertise in developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving sales cycles.

You will be responsible for achieving Sales and KPI goals in order to increase our market share.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing strategies to increase sales opportunities, and creating presentations to demonstrate the value of our products.

Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing CRM to track and report progress, and negotiate deals with customers.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years in Business Development
• KPIs, performance metrics, Sales Cycles
• Chemical Applications experience
