Role and Responsibilities :
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) for persons with disabilities and / or disabling conditions plays a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals with various disabilities.
The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for assisting program participants in traveling to appointments, recreational activities, or community outings.
As well as, but not limited to, providing emotional support companionship, and offering encouragement in coping with challenges associated with disabilities.
