*PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time temporary role that is scheduled to last approximately 3-4 months.

CVR is looking for a professional, well-organized, compassionate individual with great attention to detail to serve as a Bilingual Temporary Payment Analyst (English/Spanish). The ideal candidate will have flexible availability. The services provided assist low-income families and individuals who may include the elderly or disabled. Assistance will include helping the families potentially secure temporary rent payment assistance because of a COVID-19 related income loss.

Essential Duties:

· Reviewing/Approving payments to eligible applicants timely and accurately in SharePoint

· Reviewing applicant recertification documentation to determine if they are eligible for additional funding

· Reviewing and processing tickets from applicants timely and accurately, with a high level of customer service.

· Reviewing mover documentation, utilities, banking, and other information for applicants in relation to payments and program eligibility as appropriate.

· Analyze data related to ongoing reporting to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, regulations, and contractual obligations.

· Evaluate, investigate and work closely with colleagues to identify solutions to a variety of data related problems and issues.

· Coordinate with management staff to produce reports as required to ensure integrity of programmatic data and provide ongoing monitoring of program operations.

· Identify system issues relative to operations functions, SharePoint and other related systems.

· Participate in the development and implementation of goals, work plans, performance measures, procedural manuals, and continuous improvement of service delivery.

· Must be well versed in Excel; Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus

Pay: $22.00 per hour
