CV Resources is partnering with a large Real Estate firm in Sacramento to identify a Senior Accountant for its team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting knowledge and a passion for financial management.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including debits, credits, and financial statement analysis
- Experience with accounting software, such as Xero or similar platforms
- Proficiency in technical accounting principles and practices
- Previous public accounting experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
