*Contract to hire AR Lead/Supervisor opportunity in Irvine - up to 92k and start immediately*
CV Resources has partnered with one of the leading companies in manufacturing that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead/Supervisor to join their growing team!
Accounts Receivable Lead duties:
- High volume of customer account reconciliation
- Posting cash payments, resolving customer discrepancies, and reconciling the GL with the AR Aging Report
- Analyze debit memos and short pays for credit memo or collection submissions
- Past due accounts collections using Excel Accounts Receivable aging
Senior Accounts Receivable requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience (including collections, billing, and credit)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Commutable to Irvine (in office)
