CV Resources has partnered with a growing company in Newport Beach for an Accounting Clerk to join their team full time!
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Credit card chargebacks, refunds, voids, disputes, research, correspondence and follow-up
- Communicate with customers and vendors
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- Proven experience working in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Must speak Spanish!
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and general ledger tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
