Overview
The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking an entry level Internal Communications Coordinator with 1 - 3 years of experience to implement agency-wide and departmental internal communications strategies that engage and inspire employees.
Such efforts will align with Cuyahoga DD's vision and will drive employees' understanding of and their role in helping the agency achieve its strategic goals.
The nature of work will include, but is not limited to the following :
Under a model of collaboration and in partnership with the Director of Communications,engage Cuyahoga DD's internal departments in the development and implementation of an internal communication plan.
e., Service and Support Administration and Assistive Technology / Children's Services) in creating their internal newsletters.

SALARY : The salary posted in the header is the base salary for this entry level position. However, it is the Cuyahoga DD's intent to pay each employee a salary that is reasonable and competitive based on the market rate for the position, while also considering internal equity and the budgetary constraints.
