Overview

CVP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Analyst to join the team and help build stakeholders' involvement and productive relationships. The professional in this role will support high-quality program deliverables and ensure that messages are communicated well.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis for taskers, engagements, and stakeholder needs. 
• Prepare high-visibility technical writing products for senior leadership, including briefing materials and memoranda. 
• Manage communications for the Federal Senior Leadership mailbox. 
• Develop and organize rosters and distribution lists. 
• Provide support stakeholder and liaison engagements, including logistics, records management, data entry, and inventory. 
• Provide customer service support to one or more federal government leads, including a proactive approach to facilitate the clients’ needs and program duties. 

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship Required)
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and address requirements with little to no direction or oversight. 
• Mid-level experience in program analysis and operational research. 
• Experience with stakeholder engagement/management. 
• Possess strong technical writing skills. 
• Experience in event support and logistics. 

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of U.S. critical infrastructure sectors and/or cybersecurity. 
• Previous support to a federal government customer, especially DHS or CISA. 

Location

• Hybrid role, requires 1-2 days onsite in Arlington, VA.
