Position : Inbound Call Center Agent
Location : 1500 Broadway Ste. 1113, Lubbock, TX 79401

Custom Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our inbound call center team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
What You'll Do :
- Answer incoming calls with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help.
- Take orders, respond to inquiries, and facilitate collect calls efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure every customer interaction is courteous, respectful, and professional.
Who You Are :
- Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with attentiveness and poise.
- Ready to work flexible shifts, showing adaptability and commitment.
Work Hours :
- Flexible part-time to full-time opportunities.
- Shift options : 7 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM.
Compensation :
Starting pay : $9.25 per hour.
