As we expand our operations throughout Texas and the Central United States, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives.

Position: Solar Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions offered by Custom Pro.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar and roofing options for customers' homes or businesses.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or roofing industry (though not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

  • Our top sales reps make $350k-$1 Million
  • Typical first year between $75,000-$250,000
  • Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k
