We are a family-owned, residential, commercial and industrial HVAC contractor offering top quality end-to-end service for our customers, from design to completion in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and surrounding communities for over 54 years. We specialize in solutions for all residential, commercial and industrial homes and facilities including but not limited to: ductwork/metal fabrication, service and installation of custom HVAC heat pumps, air handling and ventilation units, natural gas/oil/propane heaters and boilers, high efficiency forced air ductless and fully ducted residential and rooftop split air conditioning systems and indoor air quality solutions.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, overtime as needed with stipend for weekend stand-by.
Pay Rate: We pay based on experience. We are offering Experienced Service Technicians Top Industry Pay. Experienced technicians can earn from $75,000 upward to $100,000 annually through a combination of normal hours, overtime and sales incentives. We have a very aggressive bonuses and commissions sales structure as well as a company 401k retirement match of your contribution.
