Lead Test Technician
As our Lead Test Technician, you will perform equipment calibration and testing for our product development team, perform a variety of tasks relating to the testing of PacStar's manufactured products and manufacturing process, and you will lead our testing and program inspections.

Your Challenge:

• Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from engineering blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
• Conduct MIL-STD testing for development projects, perform similar testing for failure analysis purposes on existing products
• Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends
• Prepare technical reports and product verification documentation
• Recommend corrective action as appropriate
• Perform calibration of measuring and testing equipment
• Assist in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, and equipment and process improvement as needed
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
• May complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testing
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• 5 years of experience in defense or aerospace test supporting hardware engineering teams or similar
• Familiarity with electrodynamic shakers, radiated emissions testing and thermal chambers
• Exposure to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 or medical device testing experience
• Two year technical degree preferred
• Strong experience with electronic measurement and test equipment
• Strong experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance
