Lead Test Technician As our Lead Test Technician, you will perform equipment calibration and testing for our product development team, perform a variety of tasks relating to the testing of PacStar's manufactured products and manufacturing process, and you will lead our testing and program inspections.

Your Challenge: - Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from engineering blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
- Conduct MIL-STD testing for development projects, perform similar testing for failure analysis purposes on existing products
- Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends
- Prepare technical reports and product verification documentation
- Recommend corrective action as appropriate
- Perform calibration of measuring and testing equipment
- Assist in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, and equipment and process improvement as needed
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
- May complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testing
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring: - 5 years of experience in defense or aerospace test supporting hardware engineering teams or similar
- Familiarity with electrodynamic shakers, radiated emissions testing and thermal chambers
- Exposure to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 or medical device testing experience
- Two year technical degree preferred
- Strong experience with electronic measurement and test equipment
- Strong experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance
