Your Challenge:

• Reviews purchase requisitions and places orders with approved suppliers. Follows up on open orders to completion. Assist with reports and expediates.
• Review and maintain proper safety stock levels.
• Coordinates with the accounting department as required resolving questions on suppliers' invoices.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties or functions as assigned.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of related experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or related Supply Chain role.
• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain), preferred.
• Knowledge of material management functions which includes procurement planning and processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office experience required.
• Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Experience in Syteline or other ERP/MRP system.
• Display an understanding of the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.
