Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Hosts and Servers. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all of our guests. These positions require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist servers with food delivery and table maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Operate cash register for guest payments

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
