Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the front end of the store
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end

Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or wireless sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts
- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage
