Part Time Consumer Liaison (Front Desk Reception) - Deerfield, Illinois
The Consumer Liaison is a core member of the Facilities team and is the primary person who greets and checks-in all guests upon arriving at our facility daily. This position is responsible for accurate check-in and check-out of a high volume of consumers visiting our facilities to participate in consumer research studies. In addition, the Consumer Liaison will work directly with the test supervisors and project managers to ensure that all project specific protocols are followed. Flexible hours, some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Greet clients and direct high volume (100 ) visitors/consumers daily to appropriate areas within the testing facility
  • Process guests upon arrival and departure for their scheduled test
  • Manage consumer payment records
  • Maintain overall lobby cleanliness
  • Process inbound and outbound packages and mail
  • Assist Testing Operations with other tasks as needed
  • Host after-hours client projects as needed
Job Qualifications:
  • Articulate, professional and responsible
  • Well organized with exceptional written and oral skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment is a plus
