Curion is Hiring a Facility Director Near Irving, TX
- Organizing, scheduling, managing and evaluating all facility building activities including facility maintenance and janitorial services, regular and temporary employees, and contract services
- Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and developing staff.
- Hosting clients, including coordinating hospitality deliverables while clients are on site
- Managing calendar bookings, including monitoring upcoming projects for appropriate time and space reservations
- Participate in Recruitment and Execution meetings, advising on execution best practices
- Creating and overseeing a comprehensive facilities maintenance program
- Developing, maintaining, and reporting all environmental, health, and maintenance standards as required by law, as well as working with the administration to ensure compliance with all regional, state, and federal regulations
- Scheduling and overseeing the work of all outside vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, schedules, and budgetary restrictions. Arranging bids and developing specifications for all new vendors
- Providing exceptional operational support to account managers, project managers, and facility staff
- Reviewing and approving all expenses related to facility operations
- Performing other duties as assigned by Sr Director of Field Operations
- Excellent organizational skills with a particular focus upon managing details
- Facility maintenance and operations management experience
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Commercial kitchen management experience
- Outstanding listening and communication skills—both written and oral
- Desire to learn and work with others
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problems proactively
- Ability to work with employees at various levels
- Ability to develop and meet schedules
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise with MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and the Internet
- 1 to 4 years of market research experience is a plus
- Familiar with basic PC installation processes and comfortable with basic IT support/troubleshooting
- Flexible schedule: Studies and deliveries vary weekly, including some evenings and weekends.
