Continually assess and refine these strategies based on performance and market shifts. Lead initiatives to create, manage, and enhance the company brand. Monitor brand positioning and ensure its alignment with company values and target audience expectations. Delve deep into campaign metrics to gauge performance and derive actionable insights. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. Demonstrate exceptional leadership by guiding and motivating the marketing team. Invest in talent development initiatives to ensure the continual growth of team members. Work seamlessly with other departments, ensuring marketing initiatives align with broader company goals. Prioritize stakeholder interests and foster collaborative relationships. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation to high-impact campaigns. Continuously strive to enhance the ROI of marketing efforts. Stay updated on trends and insights specific to the healthcare technology industry. Leverage this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and actions. Plan and drive the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across various touchpoints. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. 4 years of progressive experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a senior management role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within financial constraints. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Base salary of $80-120K Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Ancillary) Competitive PTO package 100% 401K company match up to 4% of the base salary.
