Curate Entertainment in Cape Coral, FL is looking for one part time bookkeeper to join our team. We are located in Cope Coral, FL. Curate Entertainment’s bookkeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, overseeing payroll processes and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. The Bookkeeper will report to the CEO and work closely with the CEO and COO to make sure that Curate Entertainment’s financial goals are being met and that transactions consistently align with Curate’s Values.

This role is predicted to be between 10 and 20 hour a week.

Responsibilities:

*Record Financial Transactions: *Accurately record and categorize financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. *Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. *Payroll Processing: *Manage employee payroll, including timekeeping, calculation of wages, and deductions. *Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely payment of payroll taxes. *Bank Reconciliation: *Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. *Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: *Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. *Accounts Payable: *Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. *Financial Reporting: *Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial health. *Assist in the preparation of financial statements for management review. *Compliance: *Help to create and maintain compliance accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. *Assist in the preparation of documents for audits. *Administrative Support: *Provide support to other members of the finance and administrative teams as needed. This includes the CEO and COO. *Handle general office tasks related to finance and bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. *Proficient in Quickbooks *Strong attention to detail and accuracy. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $22.00/hour.
