Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for providing financial advice, preparing and analyzing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Perform financial report interpretation to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize cash management
- Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero) to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as a CPA or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus
- Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
