We are looking for a talented Direct Materials Associate-Specialist to join our team for our facility in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

Accurately load the invoices into the customer's portal ensuring the payment can be done in a timely manner.

Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.

Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.

Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.

Complete ASNs as needed / required
