We are looking for a talented AR Analyst to join our team in Memphis, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assists with preparation of basic financial analyses and reports for management. Supports the annual budget and forecasting processes. Performs activities under direct supervision.
• Assists with monthly close activities.
• Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for financial reports.
• Assists with analyzing basic financial data to support departmental forecasts and budgets.
• Prepares basic reporting for management under direct supervision.
• Supports other daily financial processes for basic transactions required for purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, requests for checks and questions concerning monthly budget data.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable Processes for the MDC
• Prepare key accounting entries for variable compensation, benefits, prepayments and liability accruals.
• Assist with Month-End Close (A/R & Other Journal Entries)
• Account Analysis and Reconciliations
• Invoice Customers
• Resolve Invoice Issues/Disputes
• Daily A/R Tracking
• Manage the Intercompany A/R Database
• Special Projects as needed.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
