POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Control Auditor ensures all products that are produced and not up to quality standards are logged appropriately. Culture Studio strives to be the best and have the best processes in place. Record keeping at a quality level and communication on quality-related issues are key to running a successful department and overall operations. The individual in this role is involved in products and projects that are happening, is organized, has a good root cause understanding, and can be quick on their feet if an action needs to be taken. In this role, you will work with the Culture Studio platform making sure all records match what’s produced by the production teams, and that there is a backlog of proof including drive photos, and paperwork needed. This person knows what’s going on on the floor and works closely with team members for a full understanding of needs, execution, and communication that needs to be in place. The QC auditor is a person who likes things done right and is in the know of anything that requires high attention to detail.

Communication with internal teams on quality-related issues and follow-through

POSITION DUTIES

• Work collaboratively with the QC Supervisor on quality issues that require recording or execution
• First print sign-off involvement
• Sample-keeping champion and organizer
• Staging of approved samples for every order on each production line
• Photograph record of each decorated position to upload to record-keeping systems-Google drive
• D&D accurate logging in the CS Platform
• Wash testing if needed or directed
• Documentation of findings in quality assurance log
• Quality check items all items in other departments; This will include finishing & retail departments, packing, and shipping of products
• Communicate proactively with internal teams on all QC-related issues and champion any follow-through that needs to be done

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bilingual: Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish required
• 1 Years of industry experience
• 1 Years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, and very personable
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, Friendly, and engaging personality
• Hands-on experience as a trainer or coach
• Proven experience in printing or quality control
• Comfortable with using technology to communicate effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
