Your Role:

As an International Compliance Accountant, you will manage international tax schedules, oversee statutory reporting, and ensure compliance with global accounting standards and regulations. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, you will also be responsibility for tax and legal compliance, due diligence, cross-border transactions, and audit readiness. In this role, you'll leverage your love for complex problem-solving and background in international accounting to serve as a key member of our Accounting team. 

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all compliance deadlines for tax filings are met efficiently and on time.
• Provide necessary accounting information to required tax authorities to support tax compliance efforts.
• Manage and oversee financial aspects of cross-border transactions, including compliance with transfer pricing regulations and currency exchange issues.
• Interact with regulatory authorities, tax agencies, and other government bodies to address inquiries, submit required reports, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare documentation for any statuary audit requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of financial transactions and compliance-related activities to support audits and inquiries.
• Support the monthly close process for the international offices, including the review of financial reporting packages, preparation and recording of journal entries, and maintenance of foreign exchange. 

Starting Salary: $95,000

What Makes a Great Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 4 years of general ledger accounting experience
• 2 years Public Accounting experience a plus
• 2 years International Accounting experience a plus
• M&A experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience with statutory audits
• Multiple ledger and multiple currency experience, including consolidations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
