Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee diverse projects, ensuring alignment with client aspirations and smooth progression at all stages.

Giving and Managing Creative Feedback: Shape stories that resonate deeply with audiences, while navigating client feedback cycles.

Team and Culture Building: Make a lasting impact on your team members and our culture through daily interactions and planned team-outings.

Production Coordination: Organize schedules and logistics, ensuring efficient communication across teams and a warm client experience from pre-production through post-production.

Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, budgeting, and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of projects.

Client Relations: Deepen client connections through personalized interactions and thoughtful engagement, embodying the spirit of hospitality.

Additional Responsibilities:

Creative Development: Generate fresh story ideas, craft visual guides, and compile detailed production documentation to steer creative decisions.

Casting: Assist in the selection of talent that brings our stories to life with authenticity.

Art Direction Assistance: Support the art direction team in aligning visual storytelling with client visions and branding.

Required Skills and Qualities:
