Main Responsibilites for this job are :

• Open and close the restaurant
• Work any hours or jobs as deemed necessary to take care of

business appropriately

• Manage inventory levels
• Control scheduling and labor
• Train and motivate staff
• Hiring of personnel along with all necessary paperwork
• Ensure proper customer service standards are met at all times
• Work with suppliers
• Manage cleanliness levels of the restaurant
• Control food, labor and miscellaneous spending
• Manage all other costs associated with the restaurant
• Manage care and maintenance of company vehicles
• Work with marketing Manager to ensure that all details of

jobs are 100% accurate
