We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Home Remodeler to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating beautiful, functional, and modern living spaces for our clients.

Position Overview:

As a Home Remodeler, you will be responsible for leading and executing a variety of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. From kitchen and bathroom renovations to whole-house remodels, you will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling goals, preferences, and budget constraints
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and material specifications
• Coordinate all aspects of remodeling projects, including demolition, construction, installation, and finishing work
• Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure that work is completed according to schedule and meets quality standards
• Perform hands-on remodeling tasks, such as framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry
• Ability to do light electrical and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and obtain feedback
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring that tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and secured

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential remodeling, with hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and building codes
• Proficiency in a wide range of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary

• Commensurate on experience
• W2 and 1099 options
