What You Will be Doing

• Maintaining the sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment, and kitchen in accordance with company standards and DOH compliance
• Prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher, and placing dishes to dry to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply
• Helping with stock delivered, food and non-food items; emptying and clearing garbage bins and breaking down boxes
• Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment

What You Bring

• Experience: Previous experience is a plus
• Education: HS diploma preferred
• Skills and competencies:
  • Speak, read, and write English
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and high-energy
  • Positive and professional demeanor
• Must pass a background and drugs check
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, kneel, walk freely, and lift 25lbs
