Role : MSP Support Technician
Location : New York, NY - Manhattan-based
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000

This role is for candidates who have previously worked within the MSP industry, supporting various environments whilst having exceptional communication skills, and experience of external stake holder management
Working with a full Microsoft stack, the client will provide technical training to the successful candidate across any areas of tech that both interest them and emerging techs that will be essential to support.
All candidates must have experience in supporting Microsoft environments working with Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
With basic networking and hardware support.
Commercial experience working with the following is desirable but represents their basic supported tech stack :
- Intune
- ConnectWise
- Google WorkSpace
- Other MDM such as JAMF or Addigy
This is a fully onsite role, split between client sites and their modern office in Manhattan.
With salaries up to $75,000 and a 3-stage interview process aiming to be completed within a week!
