CTL Medical Corporation d/b/a CTL Amedica is an ISO 13485 certified, and FDA registered Medical Device Company headquartered in Addison, Texas. CTL designs, manufactures, and distributes medical device products and systems for spinal surgeons; specifically implants and devices.

CTL Medical is currently seeking a Inventory Control Manager.

The Inventory Control Manager will oversee the daily & strategic execution of all inventory movements. This will include accuracy of all field inventory locations, transactions through iTraycer & QuickBooks, shipping & receiving transactions and all locations physical inventory audit & reconciliation. This role will also oversee the configuration of set builds, consignment inventory quality levels and reconciliation of field inventory upon return to corporate.

Duties: (Essential functions of position)

• Lead a Team of Inventory Control Members including: Inventory Transactions Associates; Shipping & Receiving Clerk; Set Admin Associates, Cycle Count Coordinators and Field Inventory Auditors

• Control priority work flow through internal and external material requests to ensure appropriate order isfollowed. Report (and run system data reports) for inventory usage, asset totality and asset location

• Advise purchasing team on potential inventory quantity “stock outs”

• Manage the facilitation of cycle counts and report on variances with RC/CA analysis

• Travel to inventory locations to perform offsite counts

• Perform Quickbooks / iTraycer transactions based off inventory adjustments and report findings to management. Track movement of inbound parts and pending orders

• Other duties as assigned

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (logistics preferred)

• Minimum 4 years experience in inventory / warehouse role(s)

• Minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience required

• Microsoft office proficient (excel level: expert)

• ERP experience methodologies required

• Quickbooks & iTraycer experience preferred but not required

Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsibility for Inventory Control team

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

• This role will involve both periods of sitting or standing. Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Required to work in a fast-paced, quality driven high priority environment

*Additional Criteria: Travel is required approximately 10 – 15% of the time*
